I love nothing more than recommending my friends for great gigs.  I believe you can always know more people and that people are worth knowing.

I believe there is always more to learn. Be a lifelong student.  I believe that we all have something important to teach others.  Mentoring someone helps others, and teaches you so much about yourself.

I train 4-5 days a week for myself, for my life, and for a hobby.  I always have time to talk about people who are passionate about fitness.

Good things always happen in the kitchen.

Caffeine does not power my being.  But I love it.

I do my best to always smile.  It's not over until it's over.  There will be only one "end of the world."

Working hard to make the charmed life worth living.  A few sparks here and there.  Meet my charismatic and lovely husband, Walter.
